I stopped by here to go to Arkansas and I had the best service I ever got in Starbucks. The workers are so nice.
Upon ordering my drink I specified that I did not care about the appearance of my drink. I get a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe w/ an extra shot. I specified that I would like all the product. A shot of espresso is an extra $1.25 so I wanted all my product. The lady making my drink dumped out the remainder that didn't fit in my cup. I asked why that had been done since I requested that I keep all the product. She asked if I wanted it remade. I said yes since I am paying an extra $1.25 and would like all the espresso shot. She was very passive aggressive about and even complaining to her coworker that it was the same thing.
Had a great experience at this Starbucks location in Mt. Vernon! The two baristas working were absolutely wonderful — friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to walk me through their recommendations and even offered a free sample of their protein foam so I could try before committing. That little extra touch made all the difference. You can tell they actually enjoy their jobs, and it shows in how they treat customers. Will definitely be coming back!
